If the scratch is large, such as one time can not be flattened, then another piece of welding can be placed and flattened, then the weld is smoothed with oil stone, and finally the weld is polished with 0 water sandpaper to make it smooth and smooth and smooth transition.

1. The soldering pen should always be pressed during the sliding process without sparking.
2. Take care to protect the work surface around the piston rod scratches to prevent new damage in the event of sparks.
3. The voltage is chosen to melt the steel sheet without producing a large spark.
4. Features: It is not necessary to disassemble the hydraulic cylinder when repairing the piston rod with the tool repairing machine; it can be implemented in the place with 220V power supply; high efficiency, simple process and easy to master. It is very suitable for quick repair under field conditions; however, it can not repair the damage of the inner wall of the cylinder tube, and there are certain restrictions on the use.
